Latha, the wife of superstar Rajinikanth, has provided a health update following his recent hospitalization, assuring fans that “All is well.” Concern arose after it was reported that the actor was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai late Monday due to stomach pain. He is scheduled to undergo an elective procedure on Tuesday.
In a statement to the media regarding her husband’s condition, Latha reassured fans, who subsequently took to social media to send their prayers and well-wishes for his quick recovery. One fan tweeted their affection, stating, “You are our greatest and priceless treasure, thalaiva @rajinikanth ♥♥♥ Come back stronger than ever before 🙏🏼.” Another noted, “Looks like nothing serious, yes! This isn’t Rajinikanth’s first health scare; he faced similar issues in December 2020, which caused him to halt his political ambitions after announcing his party.
On the work front, Rajinikanth is currently filming Coolie under director Lokesh Kanagaraj and has the highly awaited Vettaiyan project lined up as well. He was recently spotted at the audio launch for Vettaiyan, where he entertained attendees with his dance moves. The film features a star-studded cast, including Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, and Manju Warrier, and is scheduled for release on October 10.
