Bengaluru: A wave of anonymous posters targeting the Karnataka state government has surfaced across Bengaluru, triggering widespread debate. The posters, featuring Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy CM D.K. Shivakumar, highlight the city’s persistent infrastructure problems, particularly pothole-ridden roads.

One poster provocatively asks, “Is this our Brand Bengaluru? 688 crore potholes are not closed, collection for Maharashtra Election?” suggesting a diversion of funds. These posters, which quickly went viral on social media, were spotted on 17th Main Road in the R.R. Nagar area.

The individuals behind the campaign remain unknown, adding to the intrigue. The incident has fueled political tensions, with many questioning the state government’s commitment to addressing civic issues while opposition voices demand accountability.

As the controversy grows, it underscores the public frustration over the city’s deteriorating infrastructure and the increasing politicization of such issues ahead of elections.
